What does this give me that I cannot already do in my current AI workspace?

A chatbot answers one question at a time and forgets everything when you close the tab. We build a system that remembers your business, connects to your tools, and keeps working in the background, so a task can run across days and hand off between steps without you re-explaining it each time.

Would switching from one AI interface to another solve the core problem?

No. Switching tools can make the day-to-day feel better, but on its own it does not free you from being locked into one vendor. Your own AI system treats the chatbot as just one piece of a larger setup, so the logic that runs your business does not live inside any single app you could be cut off from.

What do I own if we stop working together?

You own the working system that was built for you. That means the live system itself, the workflows, the files and history tied to your work, and the logins and instructions needed to keep it running. A clean handoff is the expectation.

What would ATX Logic still own if we stop working together?

ATX Logic keeps its general know-how, reusable patterns, and any tools or frameworks we already had before working with you. You keep your business data, client data, logins, and the workflows specific to how you operate. Your system is yours. Our prior methods and tools remain ours.

What should I expect the outside operating cost to be?

Your biggest ongoing cost is the AI usage itself, which moves with how much you run and how hard the work is. A practical starting point is roughly $200 a month in AI costs, plus ordinary hosting and storage. As you do more, we route simple tasks to more efficient AI models and save the most powerful ones for the hard work, so the bill stays predictable.

How is sensitive data handled?

An agentic operating system runs in a dedicated, isolated server environment rather than mixed into a shared workspace. Access is SSH-restricted, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and client-specific files, memory, and credentials stay separated by default. DigitalOcean (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) is one suitable host; the deeper principle is isolation and clear access boundaries.
